The search for that job continues ... another quick jog to the Bay Area to talked to a company the second time. I spent a good amount of time doing homework, but the opportunity did not work out. Onward!

photo set on flickr After a day of homework, I stole a couple hours on Thursday with a friend and went to Berkeley, grabbed a sandwich at Gregories (mmm, good cheap eats!) in the Gourmet Ghetto ... and G's favorite cheese - Cowgirl Creamery's Redhawk.

Friday, after the interview, I started cramming to lengthen dad's sweater, in between visit with my aunt and uncle (the funniest cousins' parents) . They took me to Bay Fung Tong for an excellent round of seafood. The entire dinner of six dishes for three of us was $65. Oh yea. A good ol time of eating and chatty. Oh did I say I miss the density and diversity of good cheap eats? I came home and stayed up late knitting the sweater. Then got up early on Saturday morning and continued knitting. Mom had the day off and we took a stroll around Lake Merritt and had dim sum .. came home and finished the hem. Just. in. time. to leave ... These back and forth are tiring, but good to keep moving.
