We had a nice dinner at the neighborhood Chinese restaurant (with the Chinese menu!). Saturaday was an early start - mom, w+k and I went on a long stroll. Afterwards we took care of everyone'e electronic issues - camera back light (flash fill) (pssst, puppies had a great time!), more camera flash setting, something about changing the area code of mom's mobile phone, checking in for their flights the next day....

Phew.

We piled into two cars and off to Dim Sum at Noble Court. It was a gorgeous day as we headed to the Museum of Flight. It exceeded my expectation.. There are three major sections: Red Barn - the original Boeing Plant, the Personal Courage - WWI and WWII, and the Great Gallery. There was no time to see and read all the exhibits. Across the way is the featured exhibts of a Concorde. We walked in the foot steps of history in a "special" SAM (Special Air Missions) 970.

We rested in the afternoon. Dinner at the new I love Sushi Grill... car tour of Gasworks Park with a special sunset view of Downtown Seattle, the troll, and the Space needles.

What a day! When I dropped them off at the airport this morning, I reminded them to seat themselves on the 'good' side of the airplane for the volcanic view on their trip back. Happy Mother's day everyone.
