What's for dinner?

I saw oven fried onion rings on Cooking for Engineers. I couldnt resist. How good were they? well... Here is dinner (noticed no greens were harmed!) and here is what's left.

onion rings look good -- but ohman, my tummy would hurt from fries + rings ... hehe.
