Apple pie experiment

G requested apple pie. So here it is - chunky apple pie with cream cheese flakey crust. It was still steaming after resting for a couple of hours.

I used the same crust for the pecan tart. It shirnked a little less this time (due to more days resting in the refrigerator(?)) I cut the apples to large chunks (didnt know any better)... a LOT less sugar.

It was still nummy. So .. perhaps it proves you cant really screw up apple pie.
